Donatos Pizza

I have never in my 7 years on this side of town ordered pizza from this location but to be honest Donatos no matter where I get it all taste the same now. Something about the sauce is off and the crust is never really crispy except the edges. Cheese pizza was more like well done which I didn't ask for. The line was out to Thurman and I had to park a block away and walk to go inside the store to pick up my order. The cashier was nice. Food was ready. Wasn't hot though even though I was there five minutes after it was supposed to be picked up.

The drive through was slow but the lady was nice they did have a mix up with some of our food but they fixed as best they could

My food wasn't ready when I came through the drive through so they told me to go park out front and they woukd bring it out. After sitting there for 25 minutes I called and they were super rude and said I could come inside or go back through the drive through. Food was cold when I got it but I wasn't going to sit there for another half hour and have them spit in my food or something. They are always rude as hell. They meet better staff
