Yeah they have carts, but they are either disposable pens or a cart and the battery and the charger. And you have to buy it like that everytime, they dont sell just the top piece anymore. Much better price wise to just get the syringe of oil and use a refillable pen. Bloom sells some amazing ones too.
Just went in. Yes they do, they are still expensive though, will be cheaper soon when they aren't so scarce.
