My 2017 Rogue's windshield got hit by a rock... about 2 inches in diameter and spider-webbed, a little below the rear-view mirror and to the left... what do you recommend?

Call Safelite auto repair it will probably be cheaper

Go to a windsheild pl. They will likely replace it

Sounds like you will need to replace the whole windshield :(
