Hilliard has no problem letting developers build hundreds of mass housing units, but can't build another post office for their over crowded community. What a joke.

I like this location. The staff are always friendly to me and they get everything shipper out perfectly. One downside is the wait, so don't be in a rush. I've always had to wait at least 5-10 minutes because they work slowly (I timed one trip and it was 28 minutes in line) and the customers almost always have issues. Otherwise, it's a good location!

Seriously would be nice if they actually paid any attention as who and what address the mail is addressed to! That way mail addressed to me would actually end up in my mailbox and not someone else's. Important documents sent to you by the government that you have proof via the Informed Delivery website is on it's way. Doesn't end up in your mailbox and you have to accept that someone may be generous enough to put it in the out box for the delivery person to put in the correct mailbox.

Yes. All services are available at both the counter and at the automated kiosk in the lobby.
There is a yellow card you can get at the post office and fill it out or you can go to usps.com and put it on hold electronically. It does not cost anything to do it online.
