I've already been approved for Medicaid. I need a card because of an upcoming appointment. Can you help me get a Medicaid card?

Call your caseworker & let them you don't have a card. It may be in the mail. If not, they will send one out.

If you have an access card for food stamps you can use that until the other card arrives. If you do not have an access card your doctor can look up the insurance/ medicaid numbers they need from the insurance website as long as the insurance is in effect already. But I would call the provider and explain the situation and make sure they can find the info on the site. You definitely need to contact your case worker and see where the card is if it's overdue or needs to be resent.
