I stay here with my 4 kids about 5 years ago and had no problems they were very nice and very helpful and the only problem I had was the people upstairs from us let there kids over flood the bathroom and it leaked into our room went and told them and they fixed the problem right away.

It stank there was stains all over the wall my bed frame had dust from not being cleaned in so long the shower was dirty and disgusting. I had someone over to vist as I was homeless at the time and he charged me thirty dollars when I had next to nothing the bed is decent there was no fitted sheet and the owner does not seem to care when there are people who should t be there I got bite by a dog there. The janitor or staff lady sit outside all day talking to the people instead of cleaning we left a vacuumed there and they clearly did not have one do not stay unless it your last resort nasty owners and rooms not worth it you could sleep in your car at Walmart and have a better time and spend less money

Run away from here. The person checking us in was very rude the room was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The tv stand was falling apart. The bathroom was black on the floor and the bed sheets were dirty. The pillows had dirt on them they were covered in black dirt. And there were roaches there. We left people hanging out side were scarey we asked for our money back. Got back on the interstate and drove another 40 miles and stayed at a very nice hotel.

The rooms were filthy, damaged, and unprepared. There was mold, the furniture was damaged, the chairs were unsafe to sit in, the beds are uncomfortable, there was toilet paper left over from the previous guests, the walls were damaged, there was only one set of towels for two of us, no lampshades, holes in the walls, the bathroom sink did not work, and there were bugs everywhere. When we complained to the manager about the roaches, he refused to talk to my partner, because I was the one that checked into the room. He told her that he didn't have to talk to her, because I paid for the room. I put down 2, meaning she was with me and had the right to speak and complain, but he told her to leave the property. He made the comment that there were roaches everywhere. He entered the room and acted like there were no roaches until I showed him one. Then he tried to act like the roach was dead and had been there for awhile, until it ran off. We asked for our money back, he refused and told us he would give me not her another room. He had charged me extra for there being two of us. He continued to refuse a refund and offer only me another room. He expected me to stay without her. The fact that he knows about the roaches and hasn't done anything to fix the problem is disgusting, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Its not just one room, they all have roaches. He gets away with this, because most of the people that stay there can't afford anywhere else and they are afraid to complain. I don't know how this place has stayed open. Unfortunately I won't get a refund, but hopefully I can save other people from the stress of dealing with this place.
