I don't believe so, I know they take in strays of need a home. I would reconsider rehoming your dog and consult a trainer for any issues you're having. 🐾
I have be a person who takes my dogs to this vet and they love her so much ...but I have no idea if they take pets in and find homes for them sorry I couldnt help you
