5-10 min has been the norm, since early 2020, from early morning flights. The shuttle is usually by you within 2-5min of parking. If there are multiple people you might spend an additional 5 minutes or so picking them up. Then it's about 3-5min ride to the airport.
US Park is about 2 minutes away but I always like going 2hrs before due to TSA
