A little expensive, and not always the cleanest. But it's close to my home, and great for when you need it. Equipment is in good condition, most of the time, and when broken its usually fixed pretty fast. Manager is never around (sonce the entire place is almost fully automated), but if you can catch up with them they are quite nice and will fix problems.

It's a clean laundry mat. The machines are modern. There's an ATM, and a machine that changes cash into a rewards card you use to pay the machine. No bathroom,,, hence 4 not 5 stars.

It was not clear that you had to load money onto a card. Maybe I’m stupid but it took me 5 minutes of trying to swipe my debit and credit card before realizing this. My washer isn’t working at my apartment so I decided to wash AND dry there. For the dryer, I swiped my card and would try to start the dryer and it was so frustrating. I said screw it and brought my wet clothes home since my dryer works fines. It wasn’t clean at all. People just leave their dryer sheets everywhere and trash all over. I don’t know how often it’s cleaned. I went in at 5AM so maybe whoever manages it hasn’t cleaned it that day yet but oh well. It was good for a one time use and it did its job of washing my clothes.

This business is actually what I expected based on my experience, but not what I needed for the reasons I selected it so I'm rating 3 stars for that reason. Personally, I like the location this area is tricky business for me when it comes to navigation. Folks misrepresentation of neighborhoods that sends me on wild goose chases to find "businesses" not in "the hood" leaves me in scary situations when it comes to experiences. Also, personal signage not enforced or factual by law enforcement has caused only myself outside providing an answer NOT an explanation causing me to appear out of place and lying. This business is not Sanitary so I was forced to rummage for products to create a solution and look strange at location when I could have simply brought it. Also, COINS are not available so not having dollars in a 24 hr location at night is scary since security isn't provided and signs do not include ORD number for EVERYONE leaving you open to personal judgment on appearance applied to your person known as discrimination.
