Chris a service dog is allowed anywhere as far as I'm aware
I saw no signs saying this is not allowed. This is a small area and climbs down steep to a creek bed, with slippery rocks when it's wet, mud, and general rugged trails. Not all that big, but seeing the falls is nice as long as it's rained recently! Just an FYI!
