Just went to chili’s in Zachary la and we waited at door for 5 minutes and no one came to seat us. So I walked to the back and asked if anyone was working today and they laughed at me and asked what do I need I said to be seated!

Sounds like a normal experience for this restaurant. They have terrible service.
