We just love Audubon Park! It’s quiet and well maintained. The staff is friendly and you can tell they care about the residents. They just had a big crawfish boil for us. Our apartment is really nice. We love the pool and grilling area and our Lab loves the dog park. I would recommend AudubonPark to anyone!

This place is beautiful, the residents are very friendly and management is pretty ok My biggest issue, the neighbors that live above me. I've reported the noise more than 7 times. The courtesy officer has been out at least 4 times and nothing seems to have been done. I've been told there are courtesy hours....for who though? Surely they don't apply to them. It sounds as if basketball, wrestling or a fight is going on. This has been going on at least 3xs a week for almost a year. There is no reason for this much noise this time of night. I've been awaken from my sleep because I thought someone was breaking in my house. I bet if we were making this much noise all the time, something would've been done by now. They need to be moved to a downstairs apartment or move altogether because this is ridiculous. Hell, it's going on as I'm writing about it. Yes, I've already reported it, but little will it do🤦🏾‍♀️

My stay at Audubon Park was very enjoyable. This is the first apartment I have had that has good insulated walls and floors, a car wash, and great staff. I hope to comeback in the future.
