Slow service with low volume, untrained women taking orders, had the manager come over twice. Confusion around the new screen self ordering and took longer than waiting in line. Large coffee was filled only to a mediums amount. Very poor experience.

Sadly this doesn't surprise me!! I guess they should probably just replace employees with robots because they are very efficient compared to these milinions they are hiring !

Actually, yes, computer will be doing a better job soon. As mentioned in an earlier post by C Davis, the order machines... once they left them they will no longer need ride or lazy employees
