Im actually not sure i havent been there for any holidays or anything like tht, but i knw tht the Scarlet pearl offers quite a few things to new members who sign up for a casino card whn going to visit check them out.
If you go there often and play a lot, you are more likely to get free stuff and usually it's at the discretion of who is in charge of what you want.
If you let the pit Boss know its your Birthday and can show proof they will give you free rooms and free meal vouchers
They've never given me anything for my birthday
