Brian is mostly right but all buffets are not closed. Some of them are open and they serve you cafeteria style. And you can still eat all you want. Check with the casino ahead of your visit. I know for a fact that Island View and Treasure Bay buffets are open.
Its fully open. I was just there last weekend. Only thing closed is the buffet. All buffets are closed on the coast but all casinos are open.
