Yes you can, my husband and I are both smokers and we just take a cup with water and they have never said anything in the Last 5 Years to us.

You can smoke outside unless posted.

I dont believe so, but i dont smoke so i didnt have reason to find out.

There are no signs posted restricting smoking outside.

I believe you can smoke outside the rooms, but the area is so wide open you wouldnt notice it
