Wiley: Quaison Wiley Sr. recently named my 8 yr old brother Johnnie B as in memories of him. Johnnie B. Wiley and Quaison Wiley Sr. were both born in Buffalo Kensington New York.
I wanna say no bc many different councilmen who were in charge of the district had different names in which neither decided the name the sports complex after themselves. The complex has some history as it was formerly where the Buffalo Bills played back in the day. The stadium was called Rich Stadium or better known for its most infamous name, "The Rock Pile".
