I tried getting to the parking area and it only leads to a private road with a no trespassing sign when I follow Google directions. Is there a different way to access this place?

Where it says to turn onto (gravel) Dennis Road is exactly where the private road do not tespass sign is.

The parking area is on Dennis Road. It's not much of a parking area, and you can't tell without the cars there, but the parking area is at the switchback, where the gravel road turns 180 degrees. You can park up against the wooden rail and the trail heads are right there. If you end up on the paved section of Dennis Rd, you've driven too far!

If you come off of Rt. 519, the parking area will be about a half mile or so up the hill.
