The rates are reasonable the first year, after that they increase. But most contracts are month to month.
I have a 12 sqf unit that cost $30 monthly and I know they have smaller unit that can hold a few backpacks and duffle bags. I assume those unit would be cheaper than $30/month but you have to check for the unit availability at your preferred location.
