What is the cost for the whole service of a whole blood transfusion for an anemic cat? Is the transfusion done directly from on-site donor cats or from a blood bank? Also, is there someone watching the whole time the cat is receiving blood?

Thank you for reaching out with the question. There is additional information we would need to give you an estimate. Also, any procedure like this would require an examination. We do provide transfusions using donor cats as well as blood products from blood banks. Transfusions are typically performed in our ICU which is staffed 24 hours a day to insure proper observation.
