The lots are priced individually. The more beautiful the view - all lots in the development are lovely - the higher the price. I personally find the prices to be very reasonable considering the location and all the amenities provided.
As the others have said, there's quite a range of prices, depending on the merits and size of the parcel (just like anywhere else 🙂). As far as the weather goes, this is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it's quite a bit cooler than the Eastern part of the state. Use your usual weather app or site to monitor Collettsville (the nearest town) and or Lenoir (the nearest small city) to compare the weather to what you prefer.
There are people from all over, with property there. Price will depend on location, view and size of lots.
