Stephen, I would need to know more details on this. if it is for our stock school uniforms, then no. If it is it a custom order, than minimums most likely apply. I would need to know better what you are trying to produce in order to give you an accurate answer. if you would like to email us the mock up we can get you a better answer.
I purchased school shirts and there was not a minimum. Not sure if you are ordering special shirts
