I was told that I could do it online at www.coverva.org but I don't see where to apply for snap or fuel assistance.

You would need to go in and apply at first. They give you a form to fill out and if someone is available that day they will get you in . Renewal is done every yr. And you will need proof of income if available. If not working they give you snap and tanif if not working . but a job is required in a certain amount of time. Good luck
Much has changed in applying.... Call them, they will provide you with a phone number to call. You can apply over the phone now.
