You said I would get my glasses on Wednesday, comes and you don’t have them ready , what’s the point on saying someone you don’t mean , and not sure of , especially when the glasses case is school related .

I founf McCormick Vision Source staff very helpful, professional and trustworthy. I'm sure they did their have your glasses ready as promised but delays at the lab or Shipp are out of their control.

Glasses always take 1-2 weeks and the turn around depends on your insurance and the labs they let opticals send them to.

We are truly sorry your glasses were not ready to be picked up when you expected. We will work to better communicate in this situation to avoid unnecessary trips. We try to give our optical patients a "ball park" of when to expect their glasses and then communicate via text, email, or phone call when the glasses actually arrive in our office as we are subject to the time frame of the labs where we send them.
