That is correct! My kids love the chicken teryiaki & gyoza's. They have dinner boxes which feature less of Sushi theme. Either way great restaurant.
Yes they have tempura, soups, and many other cooked items on their all-you-can-eat and regular menus. My wife doesn't eat raw fish either and has many favorites there. You should check out their menu online for details.
