Took package to post office in Elizabethton,they charged me 13.50,to mail the package,i didn't think they should be any charge,you can't get a hold of anybody at the post office in Elizabethton,they don't have a local number to reach them
Most companies pay for the postage when you send back their products. I would recommend that you call the local number and explain the situation to them and they can help you with that. Blessings
