My mom has a sterling water filteration system and I was wanting to know if we can change the filters or if you guys have to come out and service it?

Amanda, We do service most filters for customers who we have installed them for. However there are a good number of customers who feel comfortable doing it on their own. Feel free to call and ask some questions on how to do this and we will do our best to walk you through it.
