We had a water main break between our spring and the house 100 ft away. Burleson came out right away to investigate and confirmed it'd need a water main replacement. Problem was, they were 4 to 5 weeks out before they could first do it. I got a call yesterday from them (3 weeks ahead of schedule) saying they had an opening and could fit us in. They came and knocked it out in short order. Thank you, Burleson Plumbing for working us in and getting us water again! We appreciate you!

On Tuesday night, our water went out. Called Burlesons on Wednesday morning. They got us worked in, diagnosed, and repairs started. The crew came back Thursday and had to lay new water line. Thanks to Mark and Johnny for great work!

They prey on old people. Needed a universal adapter. They charged us 2 service calls 150.00 total stating we need a whole new system. One guy tightened a screw the other didnt do a thing and suggested the heat from the hot water ruined the seals in the valve. It's a 5.00 adapter that's all. Award winning service, far from it! DONT GO HERE

Rhonda, I'm not sure about that. It could be that another customer said we did when we indeed do not. Sorry for the confusion.
Amanda, We do service most filters for customers who we have installed them for. However there are a good number of customers who feel comfortable doing it on their own. Feel free to call and ask some questions on how to do this and we will do our best to walk you through it.
