First call the number on the card. Secondly, you could request another card from the Plasma donation center that you go to. Finally see if there is a fee for the replacement card. Remember, each donation helps someone a day longer, so please continue to donate.
Better yet than call,go to the site and the receptionist will give you a new one. It may be a fee of$ 1.50. But call customer service and see if they can help as well.
