The store used to be great, but recently it has been decidedly moving downhill. The selection of groceries had been dwindling for a while now. Some price tags just never get updated. The store appears to no longer honor its scanner accuracy policy. They installed a lot of self-serve registers so there is almost never a line, which is good.

It is a normal shop rite. Generally clean. All the shelves are stocked. It is a bit annoying that the dairy is at one end and the frozen is at the other end of the building. There is a big section in the middle that is not food related. If you want to keep your food cold or frozen, do all the isles first, then the dairy, back for meats and deli, then to the frozen area. It has been two years since COVID. There are still supply chain issues. Not as much as before. But various items are in short supply or cannot be found. Does not as much as last year. The store is still in good shape.

I'm assuming that yes they do, but I cannot verify this seeing that I am not an employee of this establishment... just a shopper that left a review. I'm sorry for not being of help for this particular case.
Good question, not sure. It may depend on what it is or how long ago. But if both are responsible, I'm sure they will. Zallies has good Customer service.
I often grocery shop at this location (I have for years -- even prior to the remodel) and I started using the pharmacy instead of CVS about 4 years ago when they did a major staff overhaul. I am also a healthcare professional and I treat my patients with kindness and compassion and expect nothing less when it comes to my treatment regarding anything medical. I have to say that the pharmacists here both go above and beyond and are nothing less than amazing. I have never had anything other than a positive experience here. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy as well as this store to everyone I know proudly. It's a shame some people have to be so negative and interpret a kind act as "sassiness".
