Sears technicians repaired our refrigerator that was under warranty. Scheduling over the phone was fine. The only reason for a 4-star vs. 5-star rating is that it took more than one visit to fix the actual problem. The techs were all professional and pleasant.

Broken 125.00 to come out and diagnose the problem on their obvious appliance that not built to last! Do not buy an appliance from sears!! Poor customer service after you walk out the door!
