Yes we just left. There is a line out to the road. If you come it's best to come first thing in the morning , or you will end up waiting for 4 hours because of the limit for parking. So if you dont mind waiting yes they are open today!!!
By water it is open 24/7. The day park has set hours and is fee based. It is open daily
