I am having the same problem. No one answers the phone. No one returns phone messages. I have resorted to sending an email, which I know they do look at as I had to send my insurance card in that manner. My insurance could not help much either-- no claim had even been filed yet. No doubt everyone is inundated as these are unprecedented times, but there has to be some form of communication-- especially when expected deadlines are not being met. I would hope that someone from management see both of these complaints.

Same problem- and I can’t return to work without a negative test result, so I’m losing income. I found out (after I was tested here) that my hairdresser had to pay $200 to get COVID tested here and NEVER got her results. She had to go somewhere else! They are promising results in 3-5 days but it’s been a week for me and no word, no one answers/returns calls and no results posted from the lab (Quest Diagnostics). They only let you get a rapid test if you have an appointment but its impossible to get an appointment- so basically you’re screwed.

I am having the same problem. Went in on the 12th for a pre OP covaid test. Nothing was sent to my doc or myself so surgery was cancelled. I'm furious!! My insurance was bilked...no one called my home wt results...u have emailed this place 3 times now...my next move is to contact consumer affairs and lodging a complaint against them. Jeanine Gubrud

Who knows! I still haven’t received my results yet. They promise you the world to get your insurance money and then leave you out to dry. They have no app. They have no portal. They don’t call you with “negative results,” but only if you’re “positive.” Otherwise sit and wait or call them for your results which is even funnier because they have not answered their phone for two days and over 30 phone call attempts. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.
