I was just there today and got my Pfizer booster shot. I was there last week and I could have gotten the shot but I was in a hurry to get back home. They did give me a form to fill out so I had it filled out before I showed up today. I didn't need an appointment and the whole process took less than 20 minutes.
Yes, they do give the booster, and they prefer you make appointment for it
