It just depends on what all is going on with the machine. They diagnose for free and will give there best opinion on it and maybe even be able to take your password off in no time.

My experience with them is that they fixed my work computer by replacing the motherboard. I then found out that it was not necessary because it wasn't old enough to need replacing ..cost over $200! -- I went to another place where the new place explained the probable fix according to symptoms. Know that "$50 does it" is only the service fee..parts are separate and can be costly.
