Hi, Can you elaborate on the quality of your ingredients and meats, and where they are sourced? Specifically, is the produce sourced locally, and are the meats local and grass fed? And if not, to what degree are they processed?

I have eaten there a couple of times. took my wife for her 50th birthday. And as always every thing was great. Everything is local grown. The meat is local grown. The Rib eyes are cut right in front of you the thickness you want. The best food anywhere
