Camp Clearwater is a great place like everyone else has said you keep your own lots up but there are some very nice people in here that will keep your lot up for a very good price! Paradise lawn Care!
Just lot rent and you got to keep the grass cut
Trash is included....you must bring it to the dumpster inside the campground...also free the great white lake with beach and swings to enjoy the view
Lot rent only pays for the land. Nothing more. (perm. lot) overnighter section it pays for everything
I dont believe they mow the leased lots. They mow the nightly spots.
Lot rent only. Water and electricity is separate.
