Silver Sands is the only place I want to stay at when at the Lake. The owners are extremely nice people that most definitely take pride in their property and services. Each year that I go I am amazed at the upgrades done to the rooms from the previous year. It is a very family oriented place where everyone feels welcome and can enjoy their visits.

This makes my 2nd year staying here,and before I left I booked for next year..Love this place. Beautiful beach and places for my grandkids to play. A very friendly staff and in my opinion very family place.If you want low key family fun in the water and sun this is the place to stay at White Lake.

This was our first stay in White Lake. And if I could honestly give our stay at SilverSands Motel more stars than 5 I most definitely would. The lady at check in went above and beyond with my family. And the owner takes pride in what he has here. From the grass on the property, to how clean the lake is, (as well as how above & beyond They go to meet accomodations) its spectacular. Im telling everyone I know about this location & how amazing/relaxing it is! I have never felt this much at peace in my entire life.

Nostalgic family reunion somewhere from our families past, being my quest. Haven’t been to White Lake since a toddler, so why not! Pulled up Google maps and searched for what my 6 year old mind would remember from the 60’s Silver Sands looked like my memories from the photos listed by previous Google Guide revues. 3 generations of invitations sent, I made my families reservations by phone to a super pleasant receptionist, and even asked for some special considerations that were answered promptly on a return call. On arrival, the office was unoccupied and the note said call this number to check in. The number was answered promptly, by the receptionist hustling down the stairs while on the call to get our rooms. Treated like family, and shown around the property like an old friend invited over for dinner, we were shown our rooms and left to our own devices. Rooms were super clean and comfy. A/C cold, a nice channel selections on the tube. Plenty of grills for use on the property and the owner asks you to call him to help light. Nice hands on approach for that family feel for my families stay. All in all, just a wonderful experience for our family’s get to gather, that will be talked about for years to come. Thank You Guys!
