Go to Best Buy
Best Buy has the best computer guys in town (Geek Squad). Give them a call or come in. They will assess your situation and get it right. Prices vary depending on the severity. It could be cheaper to buy a new unit with Windows 11 installed.

Get a geek squad membership and they can access whether or not item can be repaired.
This PC model was released nearly 12 years ago, so it is extremely outdated. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer, so it probably will have a lot of security issues if you get up and running. Not that it would be cheaper to get a new one, but it would be the best option. Hope this helps.
