Well it not as if it takes that long to get a order thru the drive thru,, I never would have called in a order, it would be cold before you get it home

When very busy inside, many places can't answer the phone. And, when others are calling in orders, they are not at fault for the busy phone. If they weren't so good, they wouldn't be so busy and you could order crappy food. I personally know how frustrating it is for you. And others too that can't get through to place their orders.
