Yes, you have a set time and they are fairly strict about it, if you are too early or a little late they will turn you away, you also have to fill out the online form prior to your appointment....as for checks according to their webpage (DDS Customer Service Centers accept Cash and Credit/Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks. We apologize for any inconvenience.) .....so no they will NOT accept checks.
