Whole hog, and i cant remember exactly but around 10 bucks for a plate and two sides.
yes whole hog--Pit Master was there when I visited and he took me out back to see the pit. Does 1 whole hog per night/day. Nothing fancy but some of the best pig I have eaten from Arizona to Texas to NC and Va. Well worth the stop but it is located in the middle of nowhere. You have to know where you are going to get there. I will return. Its basically on the "back side" of and away from SJ Airbase.
Gradys cook their pigs the old timey way with wood it is great homemade slow banana pudding and much more!
