As someone else said, its set up like a buffet bar but u dont serve yourself. Think about....a school cafeteria set up....but with better food.
It's not a buffet bar. They just have a variety of foods to choose from. Kinda like Morrison's or Piccadilly

Its set up buffet style but they serve your plate. You walk along the buffet line so to speak and pick what you want. Then they give you your plate at the register (end of the line)
