Have health issues. How is the salt content? Do they use MSG?

I recommend this restaurant. I am not sure of their use of salt or MSG. It's best to ask them directly. I purchased a veggie plate.

I never ask but u have to think that they are feeding 100th of people daily. Most restaurant would have to used a lot of salt. But what u do for that is eat moderate. Once or two times in 7 days

It's soul food & typically well seasoned.

I do like salt. I never had a problem.
