They will tell you it takes 4 hours ,work on your car for 1 and still charge you for 4 hours and try to justify why they charge you for 4 hours when they didnt even even get close to 4 hours

Barry is right. There are set charges for doing work. That's at all shops.

I haven't had this situation, but every car repair has a set number of hours associated with it that is established by the manufacturer. If the book says 4 hours and it takes 8, then they can only charge for 4 hours.
