$1 to enter. Shop owners seem to open when they want. I went several times to look at a shop but it was never opened.
Not all shops open at 8am outside vendors usually are there earlier than the ones inside. Some inside do open at 8 but not all do and it's a dollar to get in and free for kids under 12 to get in I believe.
