I am not sure, but you can apply for Care Credit which pays for vet bills.

Take the pup! And inquire when you get there for the pups sake. If you make payment arrangements up front, they most likely will take the pup. If not, go to Best Friends Vet Hosp in Statesboro! Or apply for the Care Credit for Pets Card at the vet office as someone suggested earlier.
