You can`t reach anyone by phone. You have to go there.
It is VERY hard to get anyone on the phone! I've tried every dept just to get to service and I had a appt too. It's just a lot easier to go in!!!!
No I didn't inquire about u're business, I already have a car.

I did have a hard time reaching someone.
It took more than two hours for me to reach the service department on Monday, the 7th. I was told that their phone system was having issues.
Don't know they normally answers. I have an appt Friday. They answered my call last Wednesday.
