I’d like an understanding of what the “guarantee” means. I’ve had service for over a year and it looks terrible. I wish I could post pictures. I’ve called multiple times and apparently the “guarantee” does not mean service until the problem is gone

Would like you to remove my name from your "former customers". I keep getting notices that you want me back and several different incentives (all about a drastically reduced first application. All I got the first time was dead grass and well fed weeds ( dandelions, clover and some I don't recognize). The last time someone came after missing the entire month of March, I had to redirect him to my yard as he was about a third of the way into the neighbor's yard beside mine with the treatment. I pointed out the robust crop of weeds I was growing! He said I should call someone and tell them, I told him I figured HE WAS someone. Shortly after that, still not hearing from anyone I called and canceled. Please do not send me any more "come on back" offers

Brenda - it would be really helpful if you could get me to the right person. I’ve talked to different representatives and nobody has been of any help. I was also told yesterday, “well we can’t guarantee you’ll notice a difference”. So what exactly does TruGreen guarantee? Like I said, this isn’t me being picky with a few weeds here and there, it is huge patches of weeds all over the yard

I'm having the same issue. Onions all over my yard and crabgrass. Been with them for over a year.
