Purchased their tree and shrubs program, first time was great after that the service was not the same. This last time on 10/3/22, they sent a new guy that my husband had to help him get the hose that was stuck under the tank. He only did a quarter of our trees and shrubs he didn't know anything about what he was doing,my husband had to ask him to spray our bushes that had mites on them and was suppose to be on the service order. Only sprayed a little and he was done. Never did around my shed, right side of house, bushes by my porch or front of my house and front mound. I called and cancelled my service. I was told that I had 2 more services, but when I asked for a refund they told me that they were not prepaid ones, but I had a year contract and they were suppose to be included. I will never recommend them to anyone who wants their service. Oh and they postponed my service 3 times gave me wrong dates.

We have been using Truegreen of Greenville for 2 years and we were very happy at first, but the service has dramatically slipped the last 6 months. The technician that came out six days ago seemed poorly trained or seriously lacked care because he burned our yard & our neighbor’s yard. When I called to have it addressed, they said they would send someone out, and that person was a no-show today. I would’ve expected a call and visit from a local manager, but it looks like they were just sending a technician out to redo the service. That will not help my already burned grass.
